RETURN POLICY

Return & Refund Policy:  Antoinette takes great pride in her craftsmanship. All art carries the handprint of its maker.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return Process: To begin a return, please contact  Antoinette Badenhorst directly to provide the reason for your return.
  • Condition of Items: Unless the item arrived damaged during transit, all returns must be received in their original, undamaged condition.
  • Shipping Damage: In the rare event that a piece arrives broken, please provide clear digital images of the damaged work and the packaging within 48 hours of receipt to facilitate a claim or replacement.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
