This wall plate begins with a simple wheel-thrown shape that Antoinette expertly modifies and carves until the design seems to jump off the wall. The plate is lightweight and elegant and can hang on the wall. It can also be used as decoration for food display on a dinner table or even in the kitchen. This porcelain plate is one-of-a kind.

This turquoise plate is sculptural in nature. Antoinette creates her art work from a basic form which is either thrown on the pottery wheel, slab formed or press molded. She alters the form and then carves designs in the surface to bring it alive. All glazes are created in her studio, which she spray onto the clay surface.
