Hands-on workshop cancelation policy in Antoinettes studio
Commitment to Preparation:
Antoinette Badenhorst treats every student as a unique artist. Significant time and detail go into the preparation of materials and the studio environment for each participant. Once a registration is confirmed, Antoinette considers that space filled and dedicated to your artistic growth.
Registration & Payments:
To secure your seat in a "Success with Porcelain" workshop, students may choose one of two payment structures:
- Single Payment: $867
- Installment Plan: Three (3) payments of $289
All registration payments (including individual installments) are strictly non-refundable. By registering, you are committing to the workshop and the specific dates provided.
Attendance & Substitutions
Because your registration represents a dedicated space in an intimate setting, we ask that you ensure your availability before committing.
- Non-Refundable Policy: We cannot offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance.
- Illness & Emergencies: In the event of an emergency or illness that prevents your attendance, you may arrange to send a substitute potter in your place.
- Note: It is the student’s responsibility to find the substitute and notify the studio of the change at least 48 hours before the workshop begins.
