Senior citizens in the pottery studio

People in assisted living facilities do not always want to sit around and visit, read books or watch TV. Most of them are young at heart and want to experience live to its fullest.
I remember while I was doing pottery in Chicago in a ceramic institution, there were at least 2 persons of age 80 and a few in their 70's. The oldest member of the group was 92 years old!
Looking back on the persons I taught pottery over the years, I taught many of them who were in their 80s and up.

For that reason I offer opportunities for the elderly to so single projects in my studio from time to time. These events typically takes place around 10 am -12.30 pm.
If any assisted living group are interested in bringing their residents for an outing to my studio, they can contact me
