Team building

Organize a  team-building activity for your employees.
Improve the teamwork skills of your employees with interesting and challenging projects.
Employees needs to trust their co-workers. Ways to do that is to challenge them with problem solving situations.
Antoinette, with the help of her husband are ready to challenge business with clay projects.
- Do individual projects and compete for the first place.
- Divide in teams and build one project per team. Select a winner.
- Divide in teams and let each team work on a part of a larger project that must interlock/ interact in the end.
- The whole group work on one large project. Each person is responsible for one smaller element of the larger project. Everything must work together in the end.
